Invoicing Information

• In lieu of a receipt we can fax you a report of the previous day (and weekend) usage which itemizes card purchases.

• We normally invoice you twice a month showing each transaction in detail, totals, including all tax information. Invoice statements may be faxed or emailed at your request.

• We offer many different fuel management tools associated with user, vehicle, and card identification. Please call us for any special or unique requirements you may have.
• Single card systems with the "Miscellaneous" option offers an additional field that can be used for truck number, job number, route number, employee number, etc. This offers you greater control and security.
• Two card systems are available to identify both the driver and the vehicle. This requires that a driver card be assigned to each driver, with a unique P.I.N. number and a vehicle card be assigned to each vehicle. The dual card arrangement helps track vehicle MPG, fuel cost per mile, etc. "Miscellaneous" is also available with the two card system, allowing for even more tracking ability. This is the system normally used by all vehicles with assigned state or IFTA fuel decals.
• The new Blue Mag Stripe card offers a unique customization with set by you P.I.N. number, product allocations, gallon and dollar limits allocations, odometer and miscellaneous entries, and time and day restrictions.

    Location Information

• Your Pacific Pride cards are good at all Pacific Pride, Pridenet, Amerinet locations, and if you have International cards, Petro Canada locations. There are over 1500 locations in the U.S. and Canada, and we are growing monthly. Go to Locations Directory for up-to-date location information.
• Pacific Pride locations are unattended and offer the following:

1.    Unleaded gas and #2 low sulfur diesel plus additional products.

2.    Dedicated fueling islands.

3.    24 hour 365 day access. All Pacific Pride and Amerinet cards are accepted at Pacific Pride locations.

• Amerinet is a cardlock network for truck stops. All Amerinet and Pacific Pride cards are accepted at Amerinet locations. Amerinet locations are truck stops and provide standard #2 low sulfur diesel fuel. They are not required to have a dedicated fueling island or gasoline.
• Pridenet locations may offer limited products and may not provide 24 hour access or dedicated fueling islands. All Pacific Pride and Amerinet cards are accepted at Pridenet locations.
• Petro Canada sites are located in Canada and allow Pacific Pride International card holders to pump diesel fuel and oil in Canada. No other products are available in Canada.
